How does your pickup and delivery service work?
You can visit in store for drop off or schedule the drop off on the app or website. We offer same day if clothes arrive by 3pm. Delivery will work from the app/website/Google Maps for same or next day options for delivery.
What are your pricing and payment options?
In store the prices vary by machine and services selected.
What areas do you serve, and what are your operating hours?
We are located in the heart of Glendale and service areas of Los Angeles, Burbank, Pasadena, Eagle Rock, Atwater village, La Canada
What if i have special washing instructions for my clothes?
When dropping off or scheduling the delivery there are instructions and a checklist of options to select. Hot/warm/cold water, hang dry, options for laundry detergent selection, bleach, stain specific items.
What kind of memberships do you offer?
Washed Works Gold is a monthly membership that allows delivery fees by Uber to be waived.
